The price include a touring caravan, 2 adults and 1 car up to 100 night occupied during the season.

​Seasonal pitch details

Hard standing pitch with electric hook up, water tap & drainage for sink & shower water, with the awning after each stay taken down & the electric lead must be unplugged & locked inside when the caravan is unoccupied, unless you have paid for your Awning to be left up between stays and the Electric Lead to be left plugged in as per the below descriptions and extra costs.

Terms and Conditions

1. Payments must always be in advance.
2. Caravans and their contents are left entirely at the owners risk.
3. Seasonal pitches are for friends and family only, no subletting.
4. No belongings to be left on grass area of pitches.
5. Seasonal pitches are not transferable if you sell your caravan.
6. No refunds available once the season has started.
7. Monthly payment option is part of the full season price not price per month.
8. Maximum use 100 nights per summer season (max 20 nights at a time no return within 7 days) & 60 nights use per winter season.
9. No commercial vehicles.
10. Holiday makers only.
11. Keys to caravan & security devices etc, are not given out to family, friends or service engineers at reception.
