Higher Moor Farm COVID-19 Guide

We've been working hard to make your holiday safe at Higher Moor Farm and Buckland Campsite and have received our VisitEngland Good to Go certification.

• Enhanced cleaning of the toilets and shower blocks including anti-viral mist spray by our specialist Cleaning Team
• All Lodges will be COVID-19 Cleaned for every change over
• Social Distancing in place in the farm shop
• Hands free check in
• All staff have been properly trained on being COVID-19 safe
• Hand sanitisers in all key locations

Please enjoy your stay with us safely

• Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds regularly. There will also be sanitiser points around the farm for you to use.
• Only 1 family accompanied by an adult in the play park at any time. Max stay 15 minutes (subject to constant review and the play park may be closed at any time if required)
• Follow the government's social distancing guidelines at all times
• The farm shop will have a strict 2 people allowed at a time policy. Please follow the arrows and try not to touch produce you do not wish to buy.
• There are instructions around the campsite please follow them
• Please respect each other, be patiend and most importantly be kind
